1. Nowcom’s PDBox, Clubbox

2. Click on the Windows Firewall icon in the ‘Control Panel’.

3. Click on ‘Turn Windows Firewall on or off’ menu.

4. If GameGuard is blocked due to Firewall, please off other firewall programs also as below.

• If it's not possible to connect to GameGuard update server due to outside firewall.
Most companies and public institutions use firewall.
So you could be restricted by the firewall connecting to game server or GameGuard update server.
Please ask to internal network service managers.
