1. Update file damaged caused by virus/spyware
Various spyware/virus/malware gives harmful influence to programs that are currently operating and it may disturb or invade the important operation function of GameGuard that is protecting the game. 180 error can occur often especially when the important update file is damaged. So please remove malicious code such as virus or spyware etc. by running full vaccine search.

2. Hard Disk storage shortage
GameGuard update may fail due to shortage of hard disk available space. Please make space available by removing unnecessary data. (Clean up unnecessary hard disk space)

• Step 1. Click on ‘My Computer’ icon from your desktop.
• Step 2. Right-click on hard disk inside ‘My Computer’ and then click on ‘Properties’.

• Step 3-1. Check the available space from your hard disk properties and click on ‘Disk Cleanup’.



• Step 3-2. Disk Cleanup calculates the space of the hard disk. The calculation time may take a long time by each individual’s computer.



• Step 4. When the Disk Cleanup is finished, it shows the files and capacity to delete like shown in the example picture. You can clean up your hard disk space by checking on the checkbox you want to erase.
